My family lives in Monaco so my morning ritual when I visit is to take a 4-5 mile walk by the water savor the beautiful vistas and then have breakfast. It has always been hard to find a healthy & affordable option unless I wanted to come back home. Then on my last visit to Monte- Carlo my Aunt Vida introduced me to Eat-Juice. A small locally owned store that sells freshly made juices, organic prepared foods (warm & cold) and gluten & dairy free desserts. I know for me personally it is so important to eat fresh & healthy especially as I grow older!

I immediately feel in love with Eat Juice because it is a neighborhood place with a very friendly team, fresh juices & foods, indoor (limited) and outdoor seating. There is a large selection of juices but my favorite is carrot, apple and ginger which I find to refresh & detox me after a long walk. I tried several of the cold prepared foods and they were all wonderful; truly fresh and bursting with flavor.

Monte-Carlo can be a bit formal & expensive at times so it is fantastic to find a dining alternative like East Juice that is casual but has tasty selections and carries healthy items one can take out or dine in. I was at Eat Juice almost every day while I visited my family and was able to savor many of the fresh daily made items. I felt that after my long walk the juices and foods complimented my hard work.
