I never thought I would enjoy a Disney character dinner at my age. I had to travel to Orlando for a GBTA global business travel conference and had heard that these character dinners were extremely entertaining. Sally the concierge at the Waldorf Astoria Orlando assisted me with all the arrangements. Shocked that I thought I could organize this dinner with Disney Characters for my marketing team and executives a week before arrival when families plan a year in advance. My mind set about planning this sort of dinning experience was that my marketing team would be able to let loose before a grueling business conference by attending this fun character dinner.

I advised Sally that I had all the faith in her skills and she came through. It is not just as simple as planning a character dinner but deciding on which Disney characters you want to see, whether you want to dine in the park or one of the hotels and the type of cuisine. Kudos to Sally the expert concierge for planning a Mickey and friends dinner for our party that had all the iconic characters present.

At times it is great to have innocent fun and everyone at Disney made us feel so special & tolerated our adolescent ways! Further, we were able to just let loose for several hours which all business travelers know is so important to relief the stress. Kudos to Sally for pulling this event off as every parent I advised that we planned this dinner a week before was just shocked!
