I adore T. Cooks located at the beautiful Royal Palms Hotel. The food, ambience and location overlooking the camel back mountains is stunning. Every time I head to Phoenix for business I make a point of going to this venue, as it just doesn’t disappoint. The ingredients are so fresh and the preparation is just delicious. I recently had the roast beet salad that consisted of baby colored beets with a great tangy sauce and I followed it with a whole branzino that was pan seared and prepared with olives.

The desserts are heavenly and cosmically out of this world. The ingredients are seasonal so the menu changes. T. Cooks was closed for renovations and recently reopened. The interior which consists of a restaurant and a cozy bar area with fireplaces is so inviting. If the weather permits the outside dining is memorable.
