Anyone that knows me well knows that I adore seafood. Traveling for business a great deal, I have learned to eat healthy which helps me combat stress, fatigue and being out of my normal routine. The life of a road warrior is not easy.

On a recent business trip to Monte Carlo I was invited to dinner at Crazy Fish, a great restaurant for fresh seafood. Crazy Fish is located in the Grimaldi Forum right on the water.

With a daily display of fresh fish one has a selection of picking the fish of ones taste. Prepared grilled simple but tasteful. I like the concept of selecting the fish ones is going to eat.

There is spaghetti with lobster and lots of other great dishes. All fresh and prepared with attention to detail.
