I love to explore cities while on business to break up the mundane. Downtown Miami and the riverfront are host to lots of diverse types of restaurants and cuisine.
One such place is Seapice located right on the Miami River. To me it exemplifies Miami with its waterfront dining, vibrant energy and great fresh food.
Seapice has different sitting areas based on one’s preferences. We were seated in a quieter area facing the river where we could see the Miami skyline, carry on a conversation and savor the fantastic food. The ambience is breathtaking and very serene.
I have dined at diverse types of restaurants in Miami but dining on the river is totally a peaceful and beautiful experience. I enjoyed it greatly because the river front affords one a unique perspective on Miami.
We decided to order an assortment of their appetizers, so we could enjoy the various tastes. We ordered the stacked tuna tartare, the gorgonzola and pear pizza, the roasted beet salad and a seabass.
The portions are very generous and the taste is fresh and flavorful. We didn’t have any room for dessert but the options that we saw were unique and tempting.
I adore finding new areas to dine in a city that I frequently visit so it breaks up the routine. Seapice is worth a visit on the Miami river front whether for a libation or dinner.
