The new Hudson Yards in New York City just opened as a multi-use living, working dining, shopping and recreational destination.
With a bevy of retail therapy, one needs nourishment. While visiting my sister in New York City we had to take a quick trip to explore the new development. After walking around the multiple floors, we were fatigued and had to get a sweet and a libation to keep up our stamina.
We were pleased to find the Bouchon Bakery by noted Chef Thomas Keller. Bouchon Bakery has a fantastic selection of pastries, salads, sandwiches and daily made house breads.
Just the perfect stop to have a lemon poppy cake, a chocolate pastry and an assortment of teas.
We had already had lunch at the Zodiac Room at Neiman Marcus but had left room for dessert at another venue so we could explore the entirety of Hudson yards.
Chef Thomas Keller doesn’t disappoint with the Bouchon Bakery, the quality is fresh and every item I tasted was tasty.
