I adore exploring and finding authentic dining venues when I travel. Such a find is Cafe Astra in San Remo Italy.

Situated on a side street in San Remo on the Italian Riviera, Cafe Astra is a local treasure that offers fresh salads, panini’s, coffee and a host of other libations. It is a perfect spot to grab lunch, a snack or a libation to relax while touring San Remo. The coffee is made to order and together with the food, both are very reasonable.

The service at this family owned small business is so friendly and professional. It is a local hangout with a wonderful ambience and a great flair.

Cafe Astra has outdoor and indoor seating and is the perfect place to take a break, relax and enjoy the sights.  What I love about Italy is the, “la dolce vita”!
