The German brand Pfirsich-Geschmak makes a great effervescent multivitamin and mineral. I find it absorbs in my system much quicker than a traditional multivitamin.

When I was traveling a great deal internationally I would buy this effervescent vitamin and mineral in the airport pharmacy in Germany. I always had a tube which contains twenty tablets in my carry on.

It contains vitamin B1, B2, Niacin, vitamin B6, Vitamin B12, Biotin, vitamin C, vitamin E, Calcium and Magnesium.  

When I was on the road a great deal the quick absorption of these vitamins and minerals gave me quick boost of energy when I needed it.
