During troubling times I have to have some comfort food!

I have remained fierce about my nutrition and have increased my exercise because there is no business travel but at times I need a chocolate chip cookie! 

If I don’t make them myself then my favorite store brought brand is Tates Bake Shop. The chocolate chip cookies are thin, crisp and not so sweet. Just delicious! 

Further, they are made in their small factory in Southampton New York. A small business making delicious cookies! 

The ingredients are clean and simple and I don’t feel heavy after having one or more. 

During these difficult times it feels good to indulge at times eating a cookie that not only tastes good but is made with simple ingredients.
