I know we are officially in the winter season but the weather being so temperate on the east coast one can still eat outdoors. One of the favorite dining venues in Washington, DC is the outdoor terrace of Bourbon Steak at the Four Seasons hotel because it is an oasis of tranquility in the heart of Georgetown. The terrace dinning is off the lounge and lobby of the hotel with beautiful trees and foliage with white lights strewn among the trees. It is a relaxing venue to go with clients, friends, family or by one’s self.
The fire pits are inviting if you are going for a libation and some light food or tables for serious dining with heat lamps when the temperatures drops a bit at night. My favorite is the turkey burger with the mouthwatering French fries. Combine the burger& fries with a glass of a sparkling wine or champagne and you have a perfect combination in my opinion.
I know I spend so much time outdoors so relish the opportunity to be outdoors savoring great food and libations.
