I am usually hesitant to go to any restaurant that has multiple locations around the globe as I feel they I need to patronize local establishments. If not the world becomes filled with the same old. However, Cipriani-Monte Carlo is an exception. The food, service and ambiance are fantastic.  

Stefano the manager and his team go out of their way to make a guest feel at home!  The food is truly fresh and flavorful. The service is uber friendly and attentive. Their is a great music mix and a team that works well in this fast paced environment.  

I started with the artichoke salad with shaved Parmesan then the spaghetti with Bronzino that was so light and tasteful followed by an array of sumptuous deserts. The pasta was truly fresh and filled with amazing flavors.

It was truly a memorable evening filled with laughter, great food and a memorable dining experience. The restaurant is located in Monte-Carlo not to far from the water. I look forward to returning soon and trying the many other tempting dishes!
