I am obsessed with crepes; my favorite is Nutella crepes. One of the highlights of visiting my family in France is to get my daily crepe fix. Whether I have it at a sidewalk stand or at a café they are all delicious. The crepes in France are thin, crispy, light, and tasty.

I was not able to get the same type until I discovered Crepes Parfait, which is a fantastic food truck in the Washington, DC area. Chef Mounir Elhilali and Robert Catsnuso started Crepes Parfait making every item from scratch. They serve sweet and savory crepes, hot and cold house made drinks. They also offer catering services where they serve French style baguette sandwiches and traditionally French entrees in addition to the crepes.

The food truck is available for parties for both leisure and business. The taste is authentic, fresh, and delicious. The afternoon I visited the truck there was a line of clients waiting for their crepes. It is two partners with a passion for what they do creating a creative food business that they operate on their terms.
