I recently had a business lunch in New York and had the pleasure of having the prefix three course menu. The lunch selections are varied, and I had the assortment of Greek spreads, the whole grilled fish, and the Greek walnut spice cake for dessert. The grilled fish was simply grilled but melted in my mouth because the freshness of the fish. The assortment of spreads served with fresh baked pita were a delicious representation of Greek spreads. The spice cake was moist and perfectly seasoned with homemade ice cream on the side.
