On a recent trip to Chicago I had a few hours between meetings when I decided to go to IKRAM the high fashion boutique and peruse through their selection of clothing and accessories. It was lunch time and I found out that the store has a lovely cafe on the 2nd floor.

With a selection of salads, sandwiches and pastas this eatery is a slice of heaven. From fresh teas to juices you are in for a treat. Fresh, beautifully presented and delicious is how to describe this cafe. I has the salmon salad that was presented with the freshest greens and delectable dressing The decor is simple with large windows onto the street. This brings in light so you are situated in a very comfortable atmosphere while enjoying your meal.

Our server was extremely knowledgeable and super friendly. I was delighted to find such a great culinary surprise at IKRAM Chicago.
