I adore the mille crepe cakes at the Lady M cake boutiques. Each cake is made of twenty delicate layers of crepes and soft cream. Their crepe cakes are a combination of French pastry techniques coupled with Japanese sensibility.

Each cake is delicious because slightly sweet, flavorful and not overwhelming. There are the traditional favors such as signature, truffle, green tea, passion fruit and seasonal varieties such as jasmine, purple yam and marron.

The crepe cakes are light but full of flavor. A delicacy for the senses due to the Japanese sensibilities in the baking process. I recently meet a client at a lady M cake boutique in my area and devoured the seasonal Jasmine crepe cake. Delicate crepes with jasmine cream and just the right touch of flavor.
