I encountered such great international cuisine on a recent trip to Abu Dhabi. Every venue I visited had great service, food and ambience. I went to Le Petit Maison located at Maryah Island at the Galleria Mall for dinner and it was a fantastic experience.

There is a beautful patio overlooking the water with foliage, but it was closed so we sat inside, and it was very pretty and soothing. The dining room has a comfortable and elegant feel but is not stuffy. There is a choice of a la carte menu or a tasting menu. We selected the tasting menu which is divine. The tasting menu must be shared by the entire table.

The menu consisted of an era of four starters that were generous in portions and included all food groups and we selected the whole sea bass followed by the luscious chocolate desserts and a fruit tart.

The service is spot on and very attentive. The food is delicious and well prepared. The best whole sea bass I have ever had.

Le Petit Maison Abu Dhabi was a wonderful experience, and I cannot wait to return for a time I can sit outdoors and enjoy the water view.
