The St.Regis in Punta de Mita has the most novel idea when it comes to beach side dining. Since they are surrounded by water they cannot have a food truck so they have come up with a food boat called the MITA MARY docked right on the beach.

The menu consists of fresh fish, Lobster, delicious shrimp & fish tacos and made to order guacamole. All the items I tried were mouthwatering!!! There is boat side dining under the shade with a stellar view of the Pacific Ocean and fantastic service provided by Cesar, Edgar and the team. I don’t know if it can get better than having fresh seafood on the beach with such an inspirational view.
