Spring officially commences this Sunday at 12:30am and I am feeling the spirit! No city makes me day dream more about the coming of spring than Paris. Since I adore to eat, a gastronomic city like Paris is perfect for me. Being born in the Middle East, food has always been a cornerstone of every family gathering. We talk about the next meal before we have finished the current one.

I had some of my best meals in Paris whether it be at casual local café or a five star establishment one can’t go wrong picking a dining venue in Paris.

Master chef Alain Ducasse has created a great seafood brasserie named RECH whether you order the signature raw seafood platter or the fresh grilled fish one can’t go wrong. The selection is varied, fresh and mouthwatering. Alain Ducasse has taken an established restaurant and given it a makeover. He has kept the essential elements but giving it a modern twist.

I adore the light filled interior and casual décor that places the concentration on the beautiful and colorful seafood that comes out of the kitchen! It is a casual but elegant place to dine, have a libation and savor Paris.
